About this space

Group experiences create a different kind of space. You are not here to become like everyone else. You are here to discover what becomes possible when different people meet with the same intention. There is something powerful about being in a room where you don't have to explain why you're here. You come with your own story, your own questions, your own experience. And then something happens. You hear someone speak and recognise a piece of yourself. You witness someone move through something - and feel a little more courage to move through your own. You share a moment, a laugh, a silence - and realise you don't have to carry everything alone. The energy of a group can hold you in ways you didn't expect. Not because everyone has the same story. But because everyone is willing to show up. You are witnessed. You are supported. You are reminded that your experience is yours - but you were never meant to experience life completely alone. Arriving
We begin slowly. A circle, a few words, and space to land in the room without having to explain yourself.

The practice
These next steps are never the same. Sometimes we move. Sometimes we become completely still. And somewhere between action and silence, the mind loosens its grip. Something else begins to lead.

Integration
Not everything needs to be understood straight away. We slow down. We let the experience settle. You can write. You can share. Or simply sit with what has moved through you. It is something adorable as this experience will empower you.
